Schedule

We ship daily Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) after processing of orders for all available items. Please take note of federal holidays in Malaysia as well as destination country that will delay shipping schedules. Processing may take 2 to 3 days subject to your payment being confirmed through Fraud Review by our payment processor. Fraud review may take within 1 or 2 days to complete, depending on the country the card is issued, among other factors. Orders can take an additional week to reach you during peak seasons especially year end and Chinese New Year holidays. Upcoming no-shipping days if any will be posted on our homepage.

Shipping Method

We offer 2 types of shipment for your convenience, Express Courier and Standard Mail for smaller items (up to 500gm).

Generally, Standard shipping is comparatively cheaper for small and light item up to about 0.5kg. Due to the bulk of our shipment, major courier companies have extended good rates to us which are passed on to our dear customers. As such, the Express shipping charges for heavier items (more than 0.8Kg approximately) for some countries may be comparable or even lower than the Standard shipping fees. Besides the cost, the basic differences between these 2 shipping methods are summarized as follows:

Transit Time

After your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email. The transit time of 3 to 7 days for Express Service and 7 to 30 days for Standard Service does not take into account unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather conditions or natural disasters. Delivery may thus be delayed by icy cold winter, an earthquake or a workers strike in the related shipping industry.

Insurance Cover

Only shipments via Express Service are insured against loss, damage or delay. Should any merchandise arrived damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. The Express Service provider may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will advise on the claim procedure.

We will not be responsible for packages left outside the delivery address due to special instructions left for the courier driver.

Tracking of Delivery

For Express shipping, we will provide you the tracking number as soon as the item has been shipped out so that you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.

Delivery to PO/APO Box

As Express shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery to your address, shipping to PO Box or Military Base is not viable.

Taxes & Custom Clearance

Duties and/or taxes, if any, imposed by your local government shall be the responsibility of the customer. Sometimes, your local customs or other regulatory bodies may retain your shipment at their own discretion. Under such circumstances, the customer is solely responsible to liaise with the customs office for the clearance or release of shipment. JossPaper.2cart will not be held liable for any delay or loss caused by your customs holding up your shipment which is beyond our control. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs office for further information.

Dimensional Weight (Volumetric Weight)

When the weight of a package is inappropriately less than the actual size of the package (e.g. a huge box filled only with packaging foam), shipping charges may be assessed based on the dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying length by width by height of each package (all in centimetres) and dividing by 5,000 (standard density in cubic centimetres per kg). If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges based on the dimensional weight will be used.

Extended/Remote Delivery Area

Providing service to and from less populated or accessible areas carries higher operating costs. Thus if your delivery location is classified as an Extended/Remote Delivery Area by our Shipping service provider, an additional $25.00 charge will be imposed. The Extended Delivery Area can only be verified manually after an order is received. Upon verification you will be notified via email and an invoice of surcharge will be sent to you. Shipment of order will only be done after payment of the surcharge and you will be notified accordingly.

Address Correction

Please make sure that the address provided at the time of ordering is correct. Charges for re-routing and all losses incurred for wrong address shall be borne by the customer. Any request to change the delivery address after shipment has been dispatched will be charged US$7.00. If the item is returned to us due to errors in the provided address and the customer would like us to reship the order, the customer shall be responsible for additional shipping (domestic or international). No refunds will be given to items mailed to an invalid address until the items are returned to us, assuming the customer has indicated he does not want a reshipment.

Shipping Fees

All shipping costs are calculated automatically by our shopping cart based on the combined weight of the products selected and destination. Please determine your country zone and then refer to the tables below for Express Shipping charge based on weight.
